GENERAL DISCLAIMER: PinkBlueIndia.com firmly believes that all the customers who order online are aware that colors and in some cases designs seen on a monitor will be slightly different as compared to the actual outfits, accessories or jewelry ordered. It is practically impossible for us to replicate the same colors/design on an outfit as seen on your monitor.

Pink Blue India is a kids garments & accessories store based out of Jaipur, India. The company was founded in 2013 by Ms. Aastha Agarwal. The company is VAT registered.

3. How can we contact you?
Our preferred method of communication is email. Please address all queries to [email protected] or you can Whatsapp us on +918003550118. We aim to reply to all queries within 24 hours. Please bear in mind that we do not process queries on bank holidays.
4. Do you have a shop that I can visit?
Yes. We do have a retail premises which can be visited. Our full contact details can be found on the contact us page.
5. Can I collect a purchase from your store?
Yes, but on a prior appointment only. Our full contact details can be found on the contact us page.
6. Which countries do you deliver to?
We deliver our products worldwide.
7. Can I pay for faster delivery?
Yes, we offer an express courier service; you will need to select this service at the time of checkout.
8. Can I organize delivery on a specific day?
Yes, you certainly can, however you will need to contact us via email/phone prior to ordering.
9. Will you deliver to an address different from the billing address?
We are normally happy to deliver to a different delivery address.
10. What if I am not available when an item arrives?
If you are not available when the item arrives, please connect with us immediately via email/call to reschedule the delivery.
11. How long before I get my items?
Standard delivery times for domestic deliveries is 4-7 working days. For international deliveries the standard delivery time is 10 working days. Deliveries may take longer for some more remote locations. Please note, order customisation time is not inclusive in this.
12. What are your shipping charges?
We offer Free shipping within India for all orders value below INR 1000. Incase you need an express delivery, we would charge you the nominal amount chargeable to us by the logistics company. 13. How are items packed?
Items are normally packed in secure mailing sacks. Small fragile items will be boxed.
14. My item has not arrived, what should I do?
If your item has not arrived within the timescale mentioned above please contact us via email/call and we will investigate the items whereabouts.
15. Is your website safe?
The Pink & Blue India website complies with the highest security standards and you can shop with complete confidence. Our checkout is encrypted and is fully PCI DSS compliant.
16. What customer information do you store?
We only store information relevant to fulfilling your order i.e. name, delivery address, billing address and email. Our credit card processing is managed by an external payment provider and we have no access to our customer’s card details at any time.
17. What payment methods do you accept?
Cash on Delivery on specific pincodes(for domestic orders only), Credit and debit cards, Bank Deposit, Cash, Cheque, Paytm, Google Pay and PayPal.
18. Will Pink Blue India keep my data secure?
Pink&Blue India does not share data with third parties unless they are involved in the fulfillment of your order (e.g. payment service providers or courier companies). These companies will never use your details for marketing purposes.
19. How do I return a product?
Customers may return a product within 7 days of delivery as long as it is unused, in the original packaging and in a salable condition. Customers are responsible for arranging the return of an item and for the payment of shipping costs. We are sorry but we cannot accept returns of sealed items which have been opened. If you wish to return an item, please contact us. Please note Customised outfits/On-going Sale/Discount Items are non-returnable & non-exchangeable. Please check and choose correct sizes.
20. Where can I write business enquiries or enquiries related with bulk orders?
You can drop us an email [email protected] for any business related queries or bulk orders.
21. What is the process to cancel my order?
If you want to cancel your order, after placing your order then you can conveniently do so by contacting us through the form or writing us at [email protected]. Our team will immediately act on your request and try your item from being dispatched. In case the order has been dispatched then we will not be able to accept your cancellation request.
You can comfortably return or exchange any product within 7 days of receipt of the goods. Make sure that the goods are in their original condition with packaging and price tags.
Additional postage charges will incur on all exchanges.
Goods are your responsibility until they reach us, so make sure that the returning goods reach us in their original condition and do not get damaged during transit. Do not forget to mention the order number on the return package and also retain the receipt of postage.
Please note, customised orders once placed can not be canceled under any circumstances.
22. After placing the order, can I add or delete item(s) from it?
Yes, you can easily add and delete items from your order. All you need to do is to call us on +918000011699 and we will make changes in your order as mentioned by you. These changes are possible if only the order has not been dispatched from our end.

We also offer reverse pickup facility for our customers which is available at a charge of Rs.150. You just need to email us your request at [email protected] The charge will be adjusted in your credit note automatically.
24. Do you have an option for urgent delivery?
Yes, we do offer urgent delivery to our customers. You can avail this facility at an additional charge of Rs 300 or select express delvery option at checkout option.
25. Do you offer choice of gift packing?
Yes, you can avail gift packing with us for your orders at free of cost by contacting us.
26. Do you offer customization of dresses?
We do offer customization of dresses. You can have made-to-order dresses made for your kid or twinning outfits for parent and child. We offer customization in colors and patterns. Please contact us via whatsapp at +918003550118 so we can assist you further.
27. If I am not sure about the size, who can help me pick the right size for my child?
