8. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our customer support. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled or rerouted.
9. Custom & Personalized Orders
Custom-made or personalized outfits are not eligible for return, exchange, or cancellation. Please confirm all details carefully before placing such orders.
