The process is straightforward. You send us the occasion and any reference you have, we book a video call on WhatsApp or BOTIM, and together we settle the colour, the fabric and the embroidery. Only then does stitching begin, to your child's measurements rather than a size chart.
The embroidery is done by hand in our Jaipur atelier by artisans who have spent decades on this work. Hand work takes longer than a machine, and that is exactly what you see in the finishing when the outfit reaches you.
Once stitched, orders ship to Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah with two options: normal delivery in about 7 to 10 working days, or express in 3 to 5. Tell us your event date when you first message and we will say plainly which one fits.
