Delivery to Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah is either normal, around 7 to 10 working days, or express at 3 to 5. Most parents message the date first, and we work the stitching schedule backwards from there.

We book a call on WhatsApp or BOTIM at a time that suits you. You see fabrics and colours, we discuss the embroidery, and the design is agreed before stitching starts.
Is the fabric suitable for the UAE climate?
We suggest lighter, breathable fabrics for daytime events in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain, and reserve heavier work for evening functions.
How far in advance should I order?
Earlier is easier, but tell us the date and we will say plainly whether it can be done rather than promise and disappoint.
Can I see the outfit before it ships?
Yes. We share photographs once the piece is finished, and we will hold shipping until you are happy with what you see.
