You are involved at each step rather than at checkout alone. The design is agreed on a call, the measurements are yours, and we share photographs of the finished piece before it ships so there are no surprises when the box opens.
Our artisans in Jaipur handle the embroidery thread by thread. It is slower than machine work, but the detailing holds its shape through a long day of celebration and photographs well under any light.
Delivery to Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah is either normal, around 7 to 10 working days, or express at 3 to 5. Most parents message the date first, and we work the stitching schedule backwards from there.

Do you deliver outside Dubai?
Yes. We ship to Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah and the rest of the Emirates at the same rates.
Can you work to a theme?
Often, yes. Share the theme and any reference images and we will tell you honestly what is possible in the time available.
Can you make it in my child's exact size?
Yes. We work from measurements, not a fixed size chart, so nothing needs altering when it arrives. We talk you through measuring on the call.
