Delivery to Abu Dhabi, Dubai and Al Ain is either normal, around 7 to 10 working days, or express at 3 to 5. Most parents message the date first, and we work the stitching schedule backwards from there.

How long does delivery to the UAE take?
We ship to Abu Dhabi, Dubai and Al Ain with normal delivery in about 7 to 10 working days or express in 3 to 5. Tell us your event date on WhatsApp and we will confirm which fits.
Is the fabric suitable for the UAE climate?
We suggest lighter, breathable fabrics for daytime events in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, and reserve heavier work for evening functions.
How does the video call design session work?
We book a call on WhatsApp or BOTIM at a time that suits you. You see fabrics and colours, we discuss the embroidery, and the design is agreed before stitching starts.
