You are involved at each step rather than at checkout alone. The design is agreed on a call, the measurements are yours, and we share photographs of the finished piece before it ships so there are no surprises when the box opens.
The embroidery is done by hand in our Jaipur atelier by artisans who have spent decades on this work. Hand work takes longer than a machine, and that is exactly what you see in the finishing when the outfit reaches you.
Delivery to Dubai, Sharjah, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah is either normal, around 7 to 10 working days, or express at 3 to 5. Most parents message the date first, and we work the stitching schedule backwards from there.

How far in advance should I order?
Earlier is easier, but tell us the date and we will say plainly whether it can be done rather than promise and disappoint.
How does the video call design session work?
We book a call on WhatsApp or BOTIM at a time that suits you. You see fabrics and colours, we discuss the embroidery, and the design is agreed before stitching starts.
Can I see the outfit before it ships?
Yes. We share photographs once the piece is finished, and we will hold shipping until you are happy with what you see.
Can you make it in my child's exact size?
Yes. We work from measurements, not a fixed size chart, so nothing needs altering when it arrives. We talk you through measuring on the call.
