Finished orders reach homes across Dubai, Ajman and Umm Al Quwain. Normal shipping takes about 7 to 10 working days and express 3 to 5, so tell us the date at the start and we will guide you.

Any customs or duties are payable on delivery under UAE rules and are not in our hands. For children's clothing these are usually small, and we explain the position before you order.

Can you work to a theme?

Often, yes. Share the theme and any reference images and we will tell you honestly what is possible in the time available.

Is the fabric suitable for the UAE climate?

We suggest lighter, breathable fabrics for daytime events in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain, and reserve heavier work for evening functions.

How does the video call design session work?

We book a call on WhatsApp or BOTIM at a time that suits you. You see fabrics and colours, we discuss the embroidery, and the design is agreed before stitching starts.
